Omni Construction Services is a Texas-based General Contractors specializing in residential and commercial new builds, renovations, repairs, and maintenance. With over 30 years of experience, the owner, Pete Ringo Jr., has established a fair and trustworthy business model for the company and clients alike. Omni Construction Services is truly here to serve.

The basis of our Mission Statement is “Purpose Over Profits.” Our goal is to serve the community with integrity and help every client achieve their vision. Our true purpose is to spread the Word of God in the marketplace. We feel as long as we are staying true to our purpose, God will provide, and He has abundantly! Our faith is our future.

While providing on-time results and quality craftsmanship, Omni Construction Services strives to maintain its excellence in communication through the use of a dedicated client portal giving clients access to all of their project’s daily reports, permits, inspections, contracts, invoices, payments, photos, and much more.

To expand our ability to help every client, we have teamed up with First Financial Bank to offer financing for our clients at very competitive rates. We even took it a step farther to help our clients by offering In-House financing at very affordable rates for clients who may not qualify for traditional bank financing.
