All Omni Construction Services clients receive a safe and secure client portal with a unique client log-in and password, which is auto-generated by our software. Be sure to save the email containing this information because we don’t even have your credentials.
Our client portal provides you with complete access to everything about your project, including your proposal, contract, permits, financing agreement, invoices, payments, photos, and much more. You can even upload your own files and photos. Want to keep all of your warranty information, product manuals, and receipts for large purchases such as appliances or furniture in one place, go ahead and upload them. You have plenty of storage space on our cloud-based platform. Let our portal be your vault for everything related to your home.
We do not recommend uploading any personal information such as mortgage documents, social security numbers, etc. Our staff has access to all uploaded files, and while we have complete trust in all of our employees, we never want to have a reason for our integrity to be questioned.
Whether you are at your computer, on your tablet, or out and about using your phone, you will always have access to your information. Our portal is accessible online or through our app. You can message us, schedule an appointment, contact your Project Manager, and update all of your information virtually anywhere.
