The company ended up doing the water mitigation and reconstruction. What a blessing. Three months later, we still can’t believe the transformation. The kitchen and laundry room went from no walls, no ceilings, dark looking, and busted-out floors to looking like right out of the latest magazine. The carpet had to be replaced, garage had to be fixed and painted, and on and on. All of his subcontractors are great, hard-working, respectful, and helpful. We still can’t believe the beautiful house we have. Also, we had peace of mind knowing he would do the best job and be honest about everything he does. He even helped us with the claims handler.
